Our guests can enjoy six lakes, great for boating, swimming, fishing, or just relaxing. There are also two pools, two beaches, and a variety of parks along the lake. The Hideout also has a private golf course, a gourmet restaurant and pub, a ski area and ski lodge, miniature golf, and indoor and outdoor tennis. Additionally, outdoor enthusiasts can trek the nature trails that wind throughout the community, stopping along the way for a picnic or to spot local wildlife.

During your Poconos Weekend Getaway stay, you’ll find much to do in the local area as well. There are several horseback riding facilities located just outside the community. Also nearby are a variety of public golf courses, paintball, amusement parks, water parks, driving ranges, and jet-ski rentals at Lake Wallenpaupack.

During the winter, a Poconos Weekend Getaway will afford you ample time for skiing at the many area ski facilities. Sno Mountain, formerly Montage Mountain, offers snowtubing in addition to downshill skiing and snowboarding. Elk Mountain, Camelback Ski Area, Big Boulder/Jack Frost Mountain, Big Bear Mountain, and Tanglewood Ski Area are all also nearby and offer weekend ticket discounts for skiing.
