The gorgeous Poconos Lake
House 903 is our newest addition to Bill Culley vacation homes.
Magnificent windows sprawling across two levels of the home reveal
stunning views of Deerfield Lake and the Pocono mountains. Located
in the four star private resort, the Hideout, this lovely lakefront
is the perfect spot for your vacation in the Poconos.
The lower level features
a stone fireplace with a cozy sitting area. A large dining table
and chairs on a handsome oriental rug cover the middle of the room.
With sliding glass doors facing the water, diners will enjoy beautiful
lake views. The large kitchen -- with lots of counter space and
a pantry -- is just off the dining area. A washer and dryer are
close by. Two kitchen windows make cooking a little more enjoyable.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom
with shower.
The second floor living
room features a cathedral ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows
overlooking the lake. Comfortable leather couches are placed in
front of a wood-burning fireplace - a nice spot for relaxing with
friends or watching your favorite show on the flat screened TV.
A wet bar and table with 2 chairs are conveniently located at the
end of the room leading to a large wrap-around deck. The master
bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat-screened TV on the wall and
lots of windows. The third bedroom provides sleeping for three with
a sturdy bunk bed and a twin-sized bed. Just off this bedroom -
and also connected with the deck -- is a large airy screened-in
porch. Napping in the porch hammock makes you feel like you are
in the trees. There's a full bathroom on this floor.
As a guest at the
Hideout, you'll have access to all of the community amenities and
activities. There are two pools, two sandy beaches and six lakes
- perfect for swimming, boating and fishing! The new recreation
center has a state-of-the-art fitness center and sauna, indoor tennis
and a game room with ping pong, pool table and arcade games. There's
gourmet food at the community clubhouse and pub and a private 9-hole
golf course for golf enthusiasts. There are outdoor tennis and basketball
courts, many parks, a marina, hiking trails, volleyball, miniature
golf and more. In the winter you'll enjoy skiing, snowboarding and
snow tubing at the Hideout ski hill.
Activities in the
surrounding area are exceptional. Just minutes away are year-round
horseback riding, golf courses and driving ranges, antique shops,
paintball, Go-Karts, Lake Wallenpaupack, powerboat and jet ski rentals,
several major ski areas including Sno and Elk Mountain, Poconos
Raceway, Poconos Downs, two new casinos, outlet shopping, spas,
museums, historic sites, wineries, and many other fun and interesting
activities.
