relaxation! The home is nestled among gorgeous trees on a quiet
road in the gated premier community, the Hideout. It's just minutes
away from the community's private 9-hole golf course, clubhouse/pub
and recreation center featuring a game room and state-of-the-art
fitness center with sauna.
The home has been tastefully
decorated with vivid colors, fine furniture, stunning curtains and
art pieces scattered throughout. The living room has a red couch
with pillows, chair, television and a wood-burning fireplace. A
cozy parlor adjoins the living room with two comfortable armchairs
and two small tables with chairs - a perfect place to chat with
friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a table
for your convenience.
There are two bedrooms
on the main floor. One bedroom features a queen-sized brass bed,
lamp, black-and-white curtains and a television. The second bedroom
has a trundle bed, which is two twins or a queen-sized bed, and
also has a television. The bathroom down the hallway has a shower-tub
combination.
There's a comfy chair in
the loft overlooking the living room, a perfect spot for an afternoon
siesta. A decorative room divider provides plenty of privacy for
the master bedroom which features a queen-sized bed and roomy half
bath.
The Hideout gated community
has outstanding warm weather and winter activities. There are two
sandy beaches, two pools and a kiddie pool with lifeguards on duty
from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. You can enjoy boating
and fishing in six lakes, hiking, outdoor and indoor basketball,
baseball, handball and outdoor and indoor tennis. There's gourmet
food at the community clubhouse and a 9-hole private golf course
for your enjoyment. The new recreation center features a state-of-the-art
fitness center with sauna, indoor tennis, and a game room with a
pool table, ping pong table, foosball and arcade games. Winter sports
enthusiasts will enjoy the community novice ski hill with skiing,
snowboarding and snow tubing. There's an ice skating rink and there's
sledding and cross country skiing on the golf course.
In the surrounding area,
you'll find horseback riding, a petting zoo, a family fun park,
gourmet restaurants, several premier ski resorts, shopping, a casino,
a super outlet mall, and historic sites.
