Plan your next vacation at the lovely yellow cottage on the lake. Bring your family, old college chums or your best buddies for a week -- or more -- of rest and relaxation on the gorgeous Lake Ariel.

Perched on a hill overlooking a private 300 acre lake, you'll enjoy great fishing in your own flat bottom boat. The mornings are best spent sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee or tea while you enjoy the sunrise on the water. There's a picnic table on the back patio alongside a large grassy area perfect for horse shoes, badminton or throwing frisbees.

You'll enter the front door into a porch room with gorgeous hardwood floors, cedar walls and a great view of the lake. The porch has a 6 player poker table and an elaborate sound system with radio, CD and docking station for MP3/iPod. The living room also with hardwood floors and cedar walls has seating for 7, a flat screen TV and DVD player and ceiling fan. At the end of the living room just outside the kitchen is a breakfast table with additional seating for 4. The first floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wall-to-wall carpet and a ceiling fan.

There's a carpeted den with extra seating, another flat-screened TV and DVD player, and boxed games and puzzles. There's also a bathroom and laundry area conveniently located.
The second floor has three carpeted bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The other bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-sized bed in one and a full-sized bed in the other.

You'll never be at a lack of something to do in the Poconos. Just down the road is a wonderful petting zoo for the children, horseback riding and a family fun park with paint ball, bumper boats, driving range and miniature golf. The area boasts great antique shopping, gourmet restaurants, a casino 30 minutes by car, and an outlet mall just a little farther.
