This secluded lakefront has a cozy kitchen with everything you'll need for eating in. With the open floor plan, it's easy for the designated cook to chat with the diners at the table and the group relaxing in the living room. Large windows in the living room reveal absolutely gorgeous views of the lake. A comfortable porch provides an additional eating area. Extending across the front and side of the living room is a large deck.

Three bedrooms in the home and a futon in the lower level comfortably sleep 8 people. On the main level, there's a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds along with a nice sized bathroom. On the lower level, the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, there's a full bath with 2-person sauna, a recreation area and a porch with a ping pong table.

Especially nice about this charming lakefront is the spacious front yard leading to the private dock and lakefront. The grounds are quite level allowing a perfect place for a volleyball or badminton net to be set up. And even more important, its an easy walk across the yard to the dock making it safe for young and old to maneuver the path.

All of our guests in the Hideout enjoy the outstanding community amenities. In warm weather, you'll enjoy the six lakes (with great fishing and boating), two pools, two sandy beaches, nature trails, outdoor tennis, basketball and handball courts. Golfers - be sure to bring your clubs; the Hideout has its own 9-hole golf course. The community clubhouse and pub are known for their gourmet food. The new recreation center offers indoor tennis, a game room with pool, ping pong and arcade games, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Winter sports include skiing, snowboarding and tubing at the community ski hill and cross-country skiing and sledding on the golf course.

Area amenities are exceptional as well. Lake Wallenpaupack - 13 miles long and 52 miles of shoreline -- is just ten minutes away. Five minutes away is horseback riding, and not much farther are a zoo, paintball, water and amusement parks, antique and outlet shopping, a driving range, a spa. There are several really nice ski resorts in the area; Sno Mountain, Tanglwood, and Elk mountain are the closest.
