A fully equipped kitchen, contemporary furnishings, and large stone fireplace in the living room set a fun and friendly atmosphere for your Poconos getaway. With three bathrooms and one queen size bed, one full bed, one queen sofa sleeper, and six twin beds, there's plenty of space to spread out and accommodate a variety of groups. The recreation room in the lower level features a ping pong table and a pool table. This vacation house is equally well suited for families, groups of friends, or couples, and is a great option for New Years vacation rentals as well as year round fun.

Poconos Home Rental 1705 is just a short walk to The Hideout’s marina and a lakefront recreational park with barbecues and picnic tables overlooking Roamingwood Lake.

The Main Lodge of the community, where you’ll find a pool, a large sandy beach, tennis courts, a snack bar, and an aquatics shop, is just minutes away. Rowboat and paddleboat rentals are also available here. During the summer, there is a Tiki Bar on the outdoor patio of the Main Lodge overlooking the beach and lake.
