This tastefully decorated
three level home features a living room with a cathedral ceiling,
wood-burning fireplace and open kitchen-dining area floor plan.
The four attractive bedrooms and futon in the loft provide comfortable
sleeping for 10 (two queens, two full and a bunk bed with twin-sized
beds). There's a full bathroom on each of the three levels for convenience.
The extra amenities in
1512 are extraordinary. While family and friends gather in the living
room, others can enjoy the downstairs recreation area - watching
a flat-screen TV, playing cards at the game table, throwing darts
or lounging in the oversized Jacuzzi hot tub. So many fun things
to do!
This stunning chalet resides
in the four star gated community, the Hideout, located in the Pocono
Mountains in northeastern Pennsylvania. The Hideout community offers
activities enjoyed by both young and old. The main lodge in the
south section of the community has a regular pool, kiddie pool,
boat rentals, snack bar, adult Tiki Bar and gourmet brunches every
Sunday morning. Several outdoor tennis and basketball courts are
spread throughout the community. There's a private 9-hole golf course;
and six lakes make fishing, swimming and boating very popular with
the guests. The new recreation center features indoor tennis, a
well equipped game room and state-of-the-art fitness center. The
Hideout clubhouse and pub are well known for their gourmet food.
The novice ski hill makes the Hideout a perfect place for skiing
and snowboarding enthusiasts.
The area attractions are
also outstanding. Just minutes away are year-round horsebackriding,
a zoo, water park, and family park offering great outdoor family
fun. There are several major ski resorts near the community, including
Sno Mountain, Tanglwood and Elk Mountain. It's an easy drive to
two casinos, antique stores, great restaurants, an outlet mall and
only 30 minutes to the ballpark for the New York Yankees Triple-A
Affiliate.
