Walking distance to North Beach
Come to the Poconos for some fun in the sun
or snow with family and friends. Enjoy the beaches, the pools, fishing,
boating, gourmet food, a round of golf on the private 9-hole golf
course … or just relax on the front deck with a soda and good book.
Winter snows mean great skiing and snowboarding at the community
novice ski hill.
Pocono Cabin 1417 is located in the Poconos
in the 4 star gated community, the Hideout. Newly renovated, the
cabin is clean, airy and delightfully decorated with refreshing
colors. Sip your morning coffee at the round kitchen table, the
cozy wrought iron table in the master bedroom or on the front deck.
There's no better way to start your day.
The home has an open kitchen fully equipped
with dishware, utensils, and appliances. The two bedrooms each have
a queen-sized bed and the loft has two twin-sized beds. The sun
room has internet, a foosball game, an extra table and chairs for
games. The new barbecue grill is conveniently located on the front
deck.
There are many amenities and activities available
to our guests in the Hideout. North Beach - with a sandy beach,
park, and play area for kids - is roughly a half mile from the cabin.
There are two pools in the community and six lakes for boating and
fishing enthusiasts. You can enjoy a round or two of golf on the
private course, or grab a bite to eat at the gourmet restaurant
or pub. The new recreation center features a state-of-the-art fitness
center, indoor tennis and arcade/game room with a pool table and
ping pong.
If you enjoy winter sports, be sure to plan
a trip to the Poconos. The Hideout community has a ski lodge where
you can ski, snowboard, snow tube, and enjoy a snack bar. Cross-country
skiing is also available on the golf course. There are several major
ski resorts in the area, including Sno Mountain, Elk Mountain, and
Tanglwood.
Nearby is Lake Wallenpaupack, which has year
round activities, including boat and jet ski rentals, and an annual
winter ice golf tournament and ice fishing. Moments away you will
find horseback riding, paintball, a driving range, and a petting
zoo. Other area attractions include a spa, golf courses, outlet
shopping, casino, antique shops, and more.
Pocono cabin 1417 is the newest vacation
